I like this piece but I feel as if it could be more colorful. It looks kind-of dull and it needs more excitement. I would say this wasn't my best work but, I like the game. It was fun using the watercolors and coloring over it with colored pencils.

What worked was using the rulers and coloring with watercolors. What didn't work was trying to get the colors right. Anothering that worked was the horizan line and their vanishing points.

I would change what picture I choose. I wish I could have choosen something more intresting with color and picture. I could have been more creative with color.

It was hard to complete because the colored pencils wouldn't be the same color as the watercolors. It also was difficult because you had to free hand paint and staying in the lines. Also getting the picture accurate to the original one.

I learned how to use watercoloers and blend them. Also how to use a horizan line with one or two vanishing points. Shading is another skill that I have been building because I have been using it alot.

i added texture by cutting out those little lines on his back. It didnt really do much for the image, but its better than nothing. it is important, because it shows the realness of it or in other words the lifeness it has.

for positive and negative spaces i would come to some spots where they intersect. What i had to do was make a small line going around the dark spot that i wanted to be visable.

For the bottom left corner of my print some lines are showing up, but they arent suppose to be there. Since i liked the way it looked i made sure that in all the prints i made that they would show up.

The background wasnt really all that great, it didnt really make any sence. The middleground was the best, because it had the main focus of the picture which didnt look to bad. The foreground had the lesss, because i didnt really acount for it, but the lines that i accentdently made, made up for it.

we had to come up with an object to change into a 3D image. In photoshop we had to transform the object to look like it was streched out from the top and bottom. It had to be tilted to make it like normal if you put it down on a table it would look normal and 3D.

since it was distorted into a streched out image all 

I had to do was make a grid on the printed out paper. On the print out paper numbed and mesured the lengths of the grid to make it right on a seperatae sheet of paper. on the sepertae sheet of papaer I started to draw what I saw on the print out. since the perspective was made for it to be seen at an angle if was very difficult to draw.

to make it successful you had to know were the lines are suppose to go to make it accurate. Also to make sure you distorte the picture correctly.

We had to change the picture into black and white with photoshop. Also in photoshop we had to use  threshhold to change the value of black and white. In doing that we had to make sure that there were no floating islands. Making sure there were no negitive spaces was the hardest part.

For the collage background i only wanted black and white with pictures and words. The boarded I wanted to put color so I put coloerful pictures. I also found some pictures with really kool texture that i had to put on the background.

positive space was pertty easy but, negative was hard since I had buildings with little tiny spaces in between them. So I decided to just do the outline of the city which was much more easier. Now the arch wasn't to hard i just had to add a line on the right even though there was no island it would just look better then one opening.

The Xacto knife was i tiny cutting tool that we had to use to cut out our stencils. It was a challenge using it because it wouldnt cut straight and it would wiggle which made it difficult to cut. Also we had to cut away from our bodys because what if our hand slipped it would go into our body. If you were cutting away from it then it would come back and stabe you.

I had to cut a little off the edge of the stencil so it would fit into the canvas that I made. I wanted to use the black because the picture was of the city at night. The blue was because I wanted it to be shiny and the purple was becuase I thought it was nice.

It was fun coming up with different things to draw. For example, we could have done a soccer drawing, a floating in space, etc. Then we came up with the spider and its web we all liked the idea and we brain stormed on how we could draw it.

When you have a team evey thing gets done faster. One person can be working on one part while the other person works on something else. It's a good system if you need help on one part another person could come in and help with what ever is needed.

It turned on very nicly, but we neeed everyone to work hard and equal. Using the chalk was really messy. it would get under your nails and be on your hands for less then a week. it was really fun and exciting to create it might be hard working with others, but it's an unforgetting experiance.

drawing a turtle

it was fun until the turtle started to move but other wise i liked it.

It didnt turn out to well the drawing turned out pretty bad.

i liked the project because it was fun drawing turtles it wwas a nice change.

I thought I did pretty good not the best wish it was a little better.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhh i think i could have done alot better if i took more time and effort to put into it.

I really like how we got to trace the picture. Then we had and excat size to draw the bones. The really fun part was that we could imagine what the inside would be like. I didnt didnt like anything.

If i got to do it over again i would take more time on the tail and the pelvis bones. 

Nothing was to hard but somethings you wouldnt know how to draw so you would have to improvise.
